To create your BluInsights account, you must use a professional email and a strong password, which includes at least:
- 8 total characters
- 1 uppercase character
- 1 lowercase character
- 1 number
- 1 special character
You should also configure an MFA device:
- Install a compatible application on your mobile device (Authy, Duo Mobile, LastPass Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator).
- Use your virtual MFA app and your device’s camera to scan the QR code given by BluInsights.
- Enter two consecutive MFA codes from your virtual MFA app and click on Assign MFA to complete your account creation.
If you are not using an email which can be auto-validated, wait for a BluInsights administrator to validate your account. A mail is sent to you when your account is validated.
By default, your account has an Invited role. With this role, you can create a demo project and invite one person to it. Other BluInsights users can invite you on their projects.
You cannot login to BluInsights if your email requires an administrator validation and it has not been validated yet.
To log in, type your email and password and click on Log In.
Enter an MFA code from your device when prompted and click on Send to complete the login.
You have 5 login attempts before your access gets disabled. To log back in to BluInsights, your account has to be re-enabled by an administrator. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it using the Forgot password? link on the login page.
Every 30 days, you will be asked to change your password. The new password should respect the same rule as the old one.
To update your account, click on your avatar in the upper right corner to show the menu and click on Profile.
If you have not logged into BluInsights for over 30 days, your account will be disabled. If you think we should enable again your account, email the BluInsights team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
